Jeffrey Dahmer was an American serial killer who was convicted of 15 of the 16 murders he committed in Wisconsin. According to the Los Angeles Times, Dahmer killed **17 men and boys** between 1978 and 1991. His first victim was Steven Hicks whom he killed when he was just 18 years old. Twelve of his victims were killed in his North 25th Street apartment. Three victims were murdered and dismembered at his grandmother's West Allis residence. His first and second victims were murdered at his parents' home in Ohio and at the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee, respectively.
